Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate viewings, review owner submissions and maintain a record of property enquiries. Property alerts are optional and use the preferences and email address supplied for that purpose.
Access and disclosure
Enquiries, owner submissions and internal notes are restricted to authorised staff. Approved listing information may be published; owner contact details and unpublished photographs are not automatically made public. Relevant information may be shared with a property owner or service professional when needed to carry out an agreed request.
Storage and service providers
This website uses hosted database and file storage services. Website operators must confirm applicable data-controller registration, storage location and cross-border processing arrangements before live personal-data collection.
Retention and your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or an end to marketing communications.
